NIKOLAIKIKI was founded in 2013 by Nikolai Sperling as an independent company based in Berlin Mitte. It has been the natural development of Sperling’s long-standing passion for photography, his experiences gained on travels around the world and his special sense for socially and socio-politically relevant issues - particularly experienced as a solicitor for employees‘ rights.

The core of the enterprise is Sperling’s photography - both documentary and commissioned works. NIKOLAIKIKI also offers a selection of own products that meet high moral and ethical standards. The GOTS certified and specially developed clothing collection shows that modern cuts and reasonable prices can be in harmony with environment and nature, incorporating sound labour laws and industrial safety, without toxics and with pure organic materials.

The blog hosts new images by Nikolai Sperling and also features reviews of cameras, equipment and software plus useful tips on photography techniques. The blog will also focus on social and socio-political topics.

NIKOLAIKIKI wants to set an example for environmentally friendly corporate management whose economic activity and success is built on fair labour conditions and a sustainable way of dealing with nature.
